They will coordinate all aspects of maintenance of your Lexus, giving you access to special rates for spare parts, accessories and other products.

For maintenance work, from the moment you arrive for your appointment, we guarantee your Lexus will be available again within a maximum of two hours. While our technicians work on your Lexus, you enjoy a comfortable lounge, refreshments and WiFi. Proactive maintenance reminders and online Lexus dealership appointment requests mean servicing is a totally effortless experience. With complimentary interior and exterior valeting, along with a comprehensive check of the hybrid system, your Lexus will look and feel just like new after a visit to any of our service centres.

If an incident happens while you are driving, you enjoy Roadside Assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition, if a breakdown occurs and your Lexus requires towing without the possibility of repair the same day, you will be given a loan car for a maximum of five days. This can be extended for another five days if necessary, depending on LEA+ coverage.
